Additional Arrest During Probation Check

On Wednesday, August 9, 2017, the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Office  assisted the state probation office with a search at 125 Harmony Road in Pennington, Alabama.  During  a search of this residence, deputies arrested Juantagel McIntosh for Interfering with a Government Operation, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest.  McIntosh was taken to the Choctaw County Jail.  McIntosh bonded out of the jail on Thursday, August 10, 2017, on a $3,000 bond.
