“John Morgan” Scam

It has recently been brought to my attention that someone is calling people in the 843 calling area pretending to be “John Morgan” or “John Morgan with the FBI”.  The caller will pretend to be a friend of someone locally, but then he will attempt to obtain the number of this friend from you stating that there number has been changed.  Please, do not give this scam caller any ones telephone number.  As always with any scam caller, never give them any information.  The best thing to do is just hang up.
