Moonshine Discovered on Call

On Sunday, February 25, 2018, deputies received a complaint from a resident of Scott Mountain.  Upon arrival, deputies discovered that the suspect had left the residence.  During the investigation, deputies discovered three quarts of moonshine.  Deputies later found the suspect, Jerry Hearn, driving on Mt. Nebo Road.  Hearn was arrested and charged with Possession of Untaxed Alcohol, DUI, and Domestic Violence.  Hearn was transported to the Choctaw County Jail where he remains at present time.
