Murder

On August 8, 2017 at approximately 8:35 A.M., Choctaw County 911 received a call of a murder at 3805 Land Road in Butler, Alabama.  The Choctaw County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene.  Evan Lamor Todd, 84 of Needham, Alabama was arrested and charged with Murder.  Todd was transported to the Choctaw County Jail where he remains on a $85,000 bond.
