New Arrest on Old Warrant

William Harold Parnell was arrested in Lauderdale County, Mississippi on a warrant out of Choctaw County, Alabama for the charge of Burglary 3^rd degree. Parnell waived extradition and was brought to the Choctaw County Jail. The warrant was issued back in March of 2011 on a case which stemmed from a 2006. For the past year, the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Office has been placing extra emphasis on executing current warrants and attempting to act on old warrants that are still active.
