Probation Check

On Wednesday, August 9, 2017, the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Alabama State Probation Office with a search of a residence located at 125 Harmony Road in Pennington, Alabama.  During the course of the search, deputies recovered four large bags of marijuana, a digital scale, one small bag of marijuana, a small amount of moonshine, 5 bullets, and other miscellaneous illegal items.  Quincy Bernard Capers was arrested for Possession of Marijuana 1st degree, Possession of Untaxed Alcohol, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Probation Violation, and an outstanding warrant for Menacing.  Capers is currently being held in the Choctaw County Jail.
