Restart of litter pick up program

The garbage pick up program is back under way after experiencing several obstacles.  Today marks the first day of the program since the closing of the jail and the corona virus.  With the jail closing July 17, 2019, the operation was drastically hampered due to those new challenges which left only occasional days available to pick up paper.  Then the corona virus completely shut the project down beginning around March 2020.  Now we begin the process over.  It’s going to be a slow process because we have a lot of catching up to do.
