Stolen ATV and Weedeater Recovered

On Tuesday, August 15, 2017, a resident reported the theft of a Polaris ATV and a Murray weedeater.  On Thursday, August 17, 2017, Brian Keith Abston was arrested and charged with Theft of Property 2nd Degree, and two counts of Theft of Property 4th Degree.  Abston was transported to the Choctaw County Jail where he remains on those charges along with a probation hold.  Sheriff Scott Lolley would like to thank the Gilbertown Police Department for their assistance with this case.
